Radio Azadi (Dari) is the Dari-language branch of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s Afghan Service. Formerly known as Radio Free Afghanistan, the service was re‑launched in January 2002 and is dedicated to providing independent, uncensored news and analysis to Dari‑speaking audiences in Afghanistan and among the diaspora. Its programming covers political, social, cultural, and economic issues, with a strong emphasis on promoting democracy and freedom of expression.
